Settings
How this site looks, what we hold, and how to sign out. Appearance is stored in this browser; everything else is stored with your account.
Appearance
Light, dark, or whatever your device is set to. "Follow system" is the default, and choosing it again is how you hand the decision back.

Text size
There is no text size control here on purpose. Your browser already has one — Ctrl and + or − on Windows, ⌘ and + or − on a Mac — and it works on every site, not just this one. This page is built to stay usable up to 200%.
Notifications
Notifications are not available yet. When they are, this is where you will choose what you hear about — reminders before a consult, and replies from Alex. There are no switches here today because there is nothing behind them yet.
