Terms of Service, Privacy, and Fulfillment Policies
All sales and prices listed are in US Dollars. As dog training is a working relationship between owner and pet, the results of all private lessons are dependent on the client’s participation and willingness to complete the assigned homework.
Refund policy — All private training programs are non-refundable after you have received the material from your first lesson. If you are unable to complete your program due to an emergency you may be entitled to a prorated refund for unused services. Please reach out to customer service 801-820-4052 or connect@thecaninemind.org so we can support you and your dog’s training.
Delivery policy — All group training takes place at The Canine Mind facility in Millcreek, UT. Private lessons are held at the client’s residence or location of choice, within 30 minutes of The Canine Mind facility. All training lessons are intended to be scheduled consistantly and in a reasonable time frame to ensure dog has consistent growth and progression, and expire 1 year after purchase. It is the clients responsibility to self schedule all training lessons through our online platform. If you are purchasing merchandise, we ship to the “lower 48” continental United States with in 5 business days.
Merchandise policy – Any unused, unworn merchandise with original tags still attached may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
Cancellation policy — 24 hours notice is required for all Lesson and Group Class cancellations, which can be done through the client confirmation email or by logging into our self scheduling platform. No less than 2 weeks notice is required for Board and Train cancellations to receive your security deposit back in full.
Guarantee — Our Perfect Pet, 2 Week Board and Train, and 30 Day Board and Train programs offer a lifetime guarantee on training, and unlimited group classes for the dog graduates.
We take security and privacy of your information seriously, and don't market or share your information with others. All the systems we use for payment, contact, and scheduling are PCI compliant, and information used solely for our own purposes. Sensitive card data is never handled by Squarespace, but by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
